About The Book
An epidemic is the rapid spread of disease to a large number of people within a population over a short period of time. Once introduced, infectious microorganisms can pass from person to person, causing cases to multiply exponentially. The global COVID-19 pandemic is a recent reminder of how quickly and destructively an epidemic can sweep through a community.
Sadly, what is true of physical disease is also true of spiritual and doctrinal error. In today’s Church, “wrong thinking” is spreading like an epidemic—quietly but powerfully—bringing harm to the Body of Christ.
Epidemics of Christianity is a devotional study booklet written from a free grace, classical dispensational perspective. It aims to expose the unhealthy ideas and attitudes taking root in our churches: poor conflict resolution, consumer-minded faith, the disappearance of disciple-making, and more.
Why are these trends spreading? What’s at the root of them? And most importantly—how can we shift the culture and return to the biblical foundation Christ intended for His Church?
